These terms apply when you buy or use anything from ikeigwe.com. They are between you and Ikeigwe AI Solutions Limited, company number 16943593, registered in England and Wales, registered office 302 Rotton Park Road, Birmingham, B16 0JR (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].
Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights as a consumer.
We sell two kinds of thing, and they are treated differently in law, so it matters which one you have bought:
Your order confirmation tells you which you have bought. Where a purchase includes both, each part is governed by the relevant rules below.
We will tell you the date and start time before you buy. Sessions are delivered online and you need your own internet connection and equipment.
Some workshops require you to complete setup steps beforehand — for example, arranging your own server. Those steps, and any third-party costs they involve, are your responsibility, and we tell you about them before purchase. If your setup is not ready, we may move you to a later cohort so that the session is not disrupted for other attendees.
If we have to move or cancel a session, we will tell you as soon as we can and you may choose a full refund or a place in the next cohort.
We would rather you did not buy something that is wrong for you, so this is deliberately plain. The rules depend on what you buy.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days once approved.
Your account gives you personal access to what you have bought, for as long as we operate the platform. Do not share your login. We may suspend access if an account is shared or if payment is reversed.
This one matters, because some of our workshops teach a business model you are encouraged to use commercially. To be precise about where the line sits:
In short: the ideas are yours to use. The files are not yours to hand out. We remain the owner of all materials and grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them.
We teach methods we use ourselves. We do not promise that you will earn money, gain customers, or achieve any particular outcome. What you get out of it depends on your own work, market and circumstances. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.
Our workshops involve services run by other companies — hosting providers, AI providers, payment processors and similar. You contract with them directly, pay them directly, and their terms and prices are theirs, not ours. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes or decisions.
Some links to third-party services are referral links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up through them. We tell you when a link is a referral link, and we only recommend services we use ourselves. You are always free to go direct instead.
Live sessions include other attendees. We may remove anyone who is abusive, disruptive, or who records or redistributes the session. Removal in those circumstances does not entitle you to a refund.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.
These terms also cover the Content Factory - IKEIGWE AI Solutions app, a desktop tool we use to publish our own videos to our own social media accounts. You keep all rights to your own content, and you may only use the app with accounts and content you are entitled to use. Using TikTok features through the app is also subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. How the app uses account information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
