What exactly is the AI Operator?

A self-hosted AI agent on your own server that you message like a teammate on WhatsApp or Telegram. It sends emails, checks calendars, runs reports and chases tasks, with approval gates and cost caps. The retainer keeps it secure, updated and improving.

What's the difference between an Operator and an Operating System?

An Operator is one agent doing daily work for you. An Operating System is several agents working together across research, reporting, communication and operations, with a command centre to see and steer all of it.

How long does it take?

Single workflows take two to three days, full systems five to seven. Operators, operating systems and custom builds depend on scope, and you'll get an exact timeline in the proposal.

What do you need from me?

Access to the systems you want connected, and about 30–60 minutes of your time for the call and the final walkthrough.

Where does it run?

Workflows can run on n8n Cloud or your own server. Operators and operating systems are self-hosted by design, so your data stays yours.

Will it work with my tools?

Almost certainly. It connects with hundreds of apps, including HubSpot, Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, Notion and Airtable. I'll confirm your exact stack on the call.

What if I need changes later?
