End-User Licence Agreement
This agreement governs your use of AI automation agents, PDFs, courses and other digital products from ikeigwe.com.

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Ikeigwe AI Solutions Limited (company number 16943593, registered in England and Wales). By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.
Licence Grant
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide licence to use the product for your own business or personal purposes. This is a licence to use, not a transfer of ownership.
Permitted Use
- Install and deploy in your own environment
- Use for your own business operations
- Make minor configuration changes for integration
- Create one backup copy for disaster recovery
- Use outputs generated by the product commercially
Restrictions
- Redistribute, share, or publish the product
- Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit it
- Reverse engineer or decompile
- Remove copyright notices or branding
- Share access credentials or files
- Use to build a competing product
Any breach results in immediate licence termination without refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
Disclaimer & Liability
Products are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with future third-party platforms, or specific business outcomes. Liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
