Data Deletion Request

Under Article 17 of the UK GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data (the "right to be forgotten"). We will comply with your request unless we have a legal obligation to retain certain data (such as financial records required by HMRC).

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your name and the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

Once your data is deleted, your account will be permanently deactivated. You will lose access to any purchased courses, tools, or subscriptions. This action cannot be undone. If you wish to use our services again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

If you connected a TikTok account to the Content Factory - IKEIGWE AI Solutions app, the app holds only that account's ID, display name and profile picture, plus the access tokens TikTok issued, stored encrypted on our own computer. You can stop the app's access straight away by removing it in the TikTok app (Settings and privacy, in the list of apps and websites connected to your account). To have that information deleted, email [email protected] with the TikTok account name, using the button below. We delete it and confirm within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for more.
