Ikeigwe AI Solutions Limited (company number 16943593, registered in England and Wales, registered office 302 Rotton Park Road, Birmingham, B16 0JR) is the data controller for personal data collected through ikeigwe.com. Contact: [email protected].
We use a small number of established providers. They process data on our instructions, and each has its own security and privacy commitments:
Some of these providers operate outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
The homepage includes STAN, my AI receptionist. Here is what happens when you use it.
DeepSeek and NVIDIA may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the safeguards set out in each provider's own terms.
Content Factory - IKEIGWE AI Solutions is a desktop tool that I use to publish my own videos to my own social media accounts, including TikTok. It runs on my own computer, it is not offered to the public, and it only posts content I have created.
Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. It does not affect anything you have already bought — you will still get receipts, access details and messages about your purchase, because those are part of the service rather than marketing.
We sometimes contact businesses that we think could benefit from our services. We only use business contact details that the business has published itself, for example on its own website, its Google listing or the Companies House register. We never buy contact lists. For each business we keep its name, address, phone number, website and any business email or social media page it publishes. For limited companies, we also keep the company number and the names of its directors from Companies House. We record where each detail came from.
We do this under our legitimate interest in offering relevant services to businesses. We only email or message limited companies and LLPs, never sole traders or partnerships, unless they've asked us to. Every email tells you how to stop hearing from us. If you reply "stop" or ask us not to contact you, we add you to a "do not contact" list and never contact you again. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, but we keep the minimum needed to make sure we don't contact you again.
We keep prospecting details for up to 12 months after our last contact, and the "do not contact" list for as long as we prospect. To ask what we hold, or to object, email [email protected].
Account and purchase records are kept while your account is open and for six years afterwards, which is the period UK tax law requires for financial records. Marketing preferences are kept until you change them. Technical logs are kept for a short period only.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. You can also ask us to transfer it to another provider, and withdraw consent at any time.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function — keeping you signed in and keeping your session secure. We do not use advertising cookies. Visit statistics come from privacy-respecting analytics that set no cookies and don't track you across sites.
Our products are sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
