  • ✓ Both days live, 16 sessions
  • ✓ 33 prompts, in order, from empty folder to launched
  • ✓ Three pre-built operating systems, handed to you working
  • ✓ Permanent replay access
  • ✓ Optional tech check before the weekend

Cancellations & refunds: You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the live session has not yet taken place and you have not downloaded the materials. Downloading the materials means you have asked for immediate access and accepted that the right to cancel that part of your order no longer applies. If you cannot attend the live date, tell us beforehand and we will move you to the next cohort once, free of charge. Your statutory rights are unaffected. You may use what you learn commercially, but you may not redistribute, resell or share the materials themselves. Full terms. For questions, contact [email protected].

You will need a paid Claude plan (from £17/mo) and roughly £10 of your own tooling — server, domain, model credit. Listed in full below, before you pay, not after.

Run sheet

Two days. Sixteen sessions. Nothing theoretical.

Roughly four and a half hours each day, with breaks and a recovery block so nobody is left behind.

Day one · Saturday 28 November

Build it.

Decide what you are building, set up the machine that builds it, and put your page live.

Day two · Sunday 29 November

Staff it.

Ends with agents working and a routine that fires tomorrow morning without you.

How it is built

One layer thinks. One layer is not allowed to improvise.

Most people wire everything into one agent and hope. You will build the split that working businesses actually use — and the reason for the split is half of what you are here to learn.

Reasoning layer

Hermes, running on your own server

Open source, installed on the machine you set up on Saturday, so the business stays awake when your laptop is shut. It is not a chatbot bolted onto your site — it researches, decides, writes, and schedules itself.

Web searchBrowser automationVisionImage generationSandboxed code executionPersistent memoryNatural-language schedulingIsolated subagentsTelegram · WhatsApp · Slack · email

One Telegram conversation commands all of it, from your phone.

The rule that decides where work goesIf getting it wrong occasionally is survivable, Hermes does it. If getting it wrong once costs money or a customer, n8n does it. Platform tokens and payment events never live with an agent that improvises.
Execution layer

Three workflows that always do the same thing

Deterministic, auditable, and built for the moments where a creative answer is the wrong answer.

The Till

Payment to delivery. The most important workflow in the pack, because this is the one a customer notices.

Fires onA Stripe payment lands
DoesDelivers the file and records the purchase, with a guard against duplicate webhooks
If it failsThree retries, then an alarm on your phone naming the customer and the payment reference

The Front Door

Enquiries and signups, landing where you will actually see them.

Fires onSomeone fills in a form
DoesNormalises the fields and puts it in your inbox as the permanent record, with a ping to your phone
If it failsSurvives a renamed field instead of breaking silently

The Publisher

Hermes writes the post and generates the image. This holds the platform tokens and does the posting.

Fires onA draft is approved
DoesPosts to each connected platform and reports posted, skipped or failed
If it failsAn unconnected platform is skipped, never reported as a failure

Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn connections happen after the weekend, not during it — they need business accounts and approvals that move at platform pace, and attempting them live with forty people is the fastest way to lose a room. Posts are written and queued on the day; connecting them is a written walkthrough plus a live session.

Before you book

What you need to bring.

Stated here rather than in a welcome email after you have paid. If any of this is a problem, do not buy a seat.

  • A paid Claude plan — the tool that does the buildingfrom £17/mo
  • Your own server, set up with you on day one£4–8/mo
  • Model credit for the agents~£5, lasts months
  • A domain name~£10/yr
  • Database, email and paymentsfree tiers
  • Both days clear — Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November 2026, liverequired

You do not need to be able to code. You do need to turn up for both days and be willing to type what is in front of you. Nothing here is billed by me; you own every account.

Who is running it

I run this system before I teach it.

Everything on this page is running my own business while you read it. The agent that writes, publishes and reports for me is the one you will build on Sunday.

What I will not promise

Revenue. Not a figure, not a range, not a typical result. You will leave with software that works, a checkout that takes money, and a team of agents that runs without you. Whether anyone buys is decided by your market, not by me — and anybody telling you otherwise on a page like this is selling you something else.

Why there are no testimonials here

Because this is the founding cohort and nobody has been through it yet. That is exactly why the price is what it is and the room is capped at 40, rather than the price everyone after you will pay. When there are real quotes from real people, they will appear here with their names on them.

Live · Capped at 40

Bring the business you would start tomorrow.

You will leave with the product, and the machine that runs it.
